MPH Alum Admitted to University of Iowa Doctoral Program

Aditya Stanam, MPH alumni, was admitted to the prestigious Iowa Toxicology program with funding for the Fall of 2012.   The Human Toxicology Admissions Committee were very impressed with Stanam’s achievements. Stanam attributed much of his success to Dr. Vijay Golla, an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Health.

“For every key step in my life in U.S., your contribution has been evident.” Said Stanam in an email to Dr. Golla. “Be it, my Master's program, be it Indian Student Association, be it the award I got from CHHS, be it the summer work I did with you, be it the admission process for Iowa......; for every important step in my life over here, you have been there out and helped me.”
