Exciting Study Abroad Opportunities
The Department of Political Science prides itself on providing a variety of stimulating study abroad experiences from summer to full-year options in numerous countries and regions of the world. Political science and international affairs majors and minors truly benefit from study abroad given politics as an academic field is now very much global in nature. We want our graduates to be competitive in the global workforce and study abroad provides the cultural insights needed to succeed. Our programs allow for students to become familiar with the culture, society, politics and economies of other states. Some include internships and service learning options.
We promote both study with Department faculty-lead programs as well as those approved by Study Abroad and Global Learning. Below please find an alphabetic, non-exhaustive list of past and present Department faculty-lead study abroad programs:
- Belgium and the EU
- Study, Work And Live in Brussels -Summer Slideshow
- International Internships, European college experience and home stay with Belgian families
- Czech Republic
- The United Kingdom
Please contact the Department for further information on on-going programs.
