I extend special greetings to over 35 new faculty members and instructors who joined us this fall as they launch their careers at WKU. These new colleagues will further enrich our campus community with their creative energy and scholarly pursuits. I encourage you to reach out to new colleagues and help them settle into our academic community and the broader Bowling Green community. There are many new potential collaborators and future friends on campus today!

As we move forward into the academic year, please keep student success at the center of your work. Each lecture, discussion, and interaction with students is an opportunity to shape the future of our society by empowering the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators. Students look to you not only for knowledge but also for inspiration and support. It is through your efforts that they find the courage to dream big, the wisdom to pursue those dreams and the perseverance to overcome obstacles along the way.
