WKU Green River Preserve Awarded KY Business Conservation Partner of the Year 2019

We’re very excited to announce that the WKU Green River Preserve has been awarded the Kentucky Business Conservation Partner of the Year for 2019 for “exemplary work in the management of private lands for fish and wildlife habitat”. The award was presented by Rick Storm, Commissioner of the Kentucky Dept. of Fish and Wildlife Resources, at a ceremony in Frankfort on December 5, 2019. Many faculty, staff, students, administrators, agencies, and volunteers contributed to the work at the Preserve that earned this award.
