Tamara Ward
I am a deaf blind person who experienced life differently than those who are sighted and hearing. I wear a hearing aid in my left ear and wear thick glasses for me to see and hear. I live independently with the tools that were taught me while in high school. I went to Gallaudet University from 2006 to 2009. I worked as an instructor teaching deaf blind interpreting at John A. Logan College from 2010 through 2012.
