‘End of an Era’ celebration Jan. 23 for Thompson Complex North Wing

WKU will celebrate the many successes that occurred in the Thompson Complex North Wing Thursday afternoon (Jan. 23) as the university prepares to close it.
The “End of an Era” celebration will begin at 4 p.m. in room 130 (first floor lecture hall). Several people will speak, including WKU President Gary Ransdell, Ogden College Dean Cheryl Stevens and former student, faculty member, department head and dean Blaine Ferrell.
The building will be permanently closed on Friday (Jan. 24) and eventually razed as part of a renovation and expansion of the Thompson Complex Center Wing.
