Dear Colleagues,
Commencement celebrations this Thursday and Friday will bring thousands of visitors and significant traffic to our Hill. As a reminder, if you do not plan to attend Commencement on Thursday, I encourage you to conclude your workday early and depart campus by 3:30pm. Additionally, I ask that all supervisors implement flexible working arrangements to the extent possible on Friday, allowing offices to remain open supported by minimal staff on campus, with the majority of staff working remotely. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us to ease campus congestion.
Thank you to all those who have worked incredibly hard to plan our Commencement activities. I look forward to celebrating with our Hilltopper Family.
