Dear Colleagues,
We are pleased to announce we have accepted the Budget Executive Committee’s recommendation to implement a 2% across-the-board salary increase, effective January 1, 2025, for all full-time WKU faculty and staff hired on or before July 31, 2024. Human Resources will be in contact with the appropriate personnel for any follow-up action that may be necessary for implementation.
This salary adjustment and recent enhancements to our overall compensation package, including five additional days of paid time off during the upcoming 2024 Winter Break, help ensure that WKU remains a competitive workplace.
