Dear Faculty and Staff:
I appreciate all those who participated in the Faculty and Staff Open Forum last week, as well as our panelists who supported both the Faculty and Staff and the two Student and Family Open Forums. We received hundreds of terrific questions and answered as many as we could, with more than 15,000 views across our WKU Community. Many of the questions we were not able to respond to during the forums have been added to the Frequently Asked Questions of our Healthy on the Hill site; we continue to add to this section almost on a daily basis. I hope you found this effort beneficial in your efforts to make final reopening preparations. If you were not able to join us, all three forums are posted and available for viewing here.
As I shared with you last week, one part of our reopening communication plan is an 11-part video series aimed at preparing our students, their families, our faculty and our staff for the semester ahead. We have shared videos on Academics, Housing, Dining, Preston Center, Student Activities and Topper Transit. In the next two weeks, we will share videos on our Bookstore operations, Healthy on the Hill protocols, iWKU App, Mental Health and Campus Tours. Please help us share these important preparatory messages, posted here, within your areas and also with students you may personally know who are joining us on the Hill this fall.
