The Department of Communication will host “How to be an Influential Communicator,” a presentation by 2022-23 Visiting Executive-in-Residence Deirdre Breakenridge, at 7 p.m. April 18 in the Jody Richards Hall Auditorium.

Breakenridge is CEO of Pure Performance Communications, the author of seven books, and has 30 years’ experience working as a PR/marketing strategist, communications trainer, and performance coach, as well as a professor.

Her talk will be highly interactive with many practical tips for students, faculty and community members alike.

Admission is free, no tickets are necessary, and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
