Nominations Sought for Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame
- Tuesday, June 28th, 2022
Nominations are being accepted for the Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame class of 2022. The deadline for entries is August 15, 2022.
Established in 2000, the Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame was started through a generous gift from former governor, Louie B. Nunn. Educators across the Commonwealth who positively impact the teaching profession and the students they serve are recognized.
As a national leader in educator preparation and administrator training, WKU works closely with district partners to fulfill regional needs while ensuring all populations receive access to higher education. Due to this rich tradition, the Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame is located at College of Education and Behavioral Sciences on WKU’s campus. You can visit the full Hall of Fame on the first floor of Gary Ransdell Hall.
The induction ceremony will take place in November 2022. More details will be released on the Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame website and the WKU College of Education and Behavioral Sciences social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Please submit all nominations by August 15. You can view more information and see the nomination form on the Kentucky Teacher Hall of Fame website.
