- WKU's Parking Structure 3 receives Parksmart certification: Parking Structure 3 at WKU has become the first parking structure in Kentucky and the 26th in the world to receive Parksmart certification from Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI).
- Stephen Bray: Random acts of kindness in California: WKU graduate Stephen Bray of Monrovia, Calif., recently received the Iris Award from the Monrovia Chamber of Commerce, which is presented each year to a Los Angeles-area individual whose volunteer efforts have the greatest lasting impact on a wide base of the city’s citizens.

- Traffic Congestion Today on Avenue of Champions: Beginning at 8:30 a.m. today (Feb. 6), there will be increased traffic congestion on Avenue of Champions as numerous school buses will be dropping off and picking up children near Downing Student Union.
- WKU Campus Ministries Blood Drive Today: WKU Campus Ministries will host an American Red Cross blood drive from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. today (Feb. 6) at the Preston Health and Activities Center. Schedule an appointment at https://www.redcrossblood.org/give Code: WKU

- Track & Field: Oliver Alexandre Earns Second C-USA Male Track Athlete of the Week Nod: WKU Track and Field's Oliver Alexandre has earned his Conference USA Male Track Athlete of the Week accolade of the 2019 campaign the league office announced Tuesday. The Hilltopper senior posted a pair of podium finishes at the Kentucky-hosted Rod McCravy Memorial Invite over the weekend.
- Football: Lankford Named New WKU Tight Ends Coach: The next leader of the "Tight End U" position group on The Hill is a familiar face as Zach Lankford has been promoted to the tight ends coach position under head coach Tyson Helton. More: National Signing Day
- Men’s basketball: WKU Unveils 2019 Summer Camp Schedule: WKU Hilltopper Basketball announced its full schedule of summer camps Tuesday, with options available for a variety of ages of youth campers. WKU will host its High School Team Camp on June 6-8, its Overnight Camp on June 16-19 and its Day Camp on June 24-27. All will take place at E.A. Diddle Arena.
- Baseball and Softball: Hilltopper Teams to Stream 32 Home Games on CUSA.tv: WKU Baseball and Softball announced their CUSA.tv schedules for the 2019 season, which includes 19 games at Nick Denes Field and 13 at the WKU Softball Complex.
- Baseball: Countdown to First Pitch - 100 Days of Hilltopper History: As WKU prepares for the 100th Season of Hilltopper Baseball, WKU Athletics is treating fans to unique moments and interesting history from Hilltopper Baseball, leading up to First Pitch at Nick Denes Field on February 15.

- Hilltoppers' 3-point streak impressive: To some degree, WKU’s consistent ability to make the 3-point shot has flown under the radar for the past three-plus decades, and the time has come to shed light on what the Hilltoppers have achieved during college basketball's shot-clock era, which began in the 1986-87 season.
