WKU announces spring 2020 Scholars of the College

WKU is recognizing 43 spring 2020 graduates as Scholars of the College.
The Scholar of the College is the baccalaureate degree student in each undergraduate college with the highest cumulative overall grade-point average and a minimum of 60 semester hours earned in residence.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, WKU conferred degrees and certificates to more than 2,600 spring graduates in a virtual ceremony on May 15. WKU tentatively plans to host commencement celebration activities Sept. 18-20 during the annual Parent & Family Weekend. Potter College of Arts & Letters
- Olivia Renee Bowers of Aurora, Indiana, an Art History major, a graduate of the Mahurin Honors College and daughter of Clinton Bowers and Dawn Bowers.
- Olivia Eiler of New Albany, Indiana, a Broadcasting major, a graduate of the Mahurin Honors College and daughter of Jeffrey Eiler and Rebecca Eiler.
- Laura King of Bowling Green, a Corporate and Organizational Communication major, a graduate of the Mahurin Honors College and daughter of Rodney and Linda King.

- Asha Taylor McWilliams of Lexington, is Scholar of two colleges, the Potter College of Arts & Letters with a major in Political Science and the Gordon Ford College of Business with a major in Economics, a graduate of the Mahurin Honors College, and daughter of John Fritz McWilliams and Karen and Gregory Sublett.
