WKU ID Photo Submission

This form allows you to upload your photo to Dual Credit at WKU. It will allow us to have a NEW student ID created for the start of your college experience.

Here are some important facts about uploading your photo:

1. Students will need to be logged into their Google accounts to submit a request. 

2. Take your photo in front of a solid background (against a solid wall is best).

3. Face straight ahead (like your driver's license).

4. Photos need to be in color with NO after effects.

5. Be appropriate! This is your WKU ID and it represents you! :)

Photos not following these rules will be rejected.
