You are invited to a special seminar by Dr. Virginia Burkett, Chief Scientist for Climate and Land Use Change, International Programs at the US Geological Survey. It will be held via Zoom on March 11th at 2 PM (CST). Dr. Burkett was one of the lead authors of the climate change assessment that led to the award of the Nobel Prize. She will highlight the latest IPCC and National Climate Assessment findings, as well as climate trends and projections for Kentucky.
This seminar is sponsored by the Biology Department at Western Kentucky University.
