Hi! My name is Amara Danturthi and I am honored to serve as a Peer Mentor for the Mahurin Honors College! I am a junior majoring in Biochemistry and plan to go into global or population health work. I'm originally from Elizabethtown, KY, but Bowling Green really feels like home to me after being here for so long. On campus, you might catch me as a TA for the Department of Chemistry or working with the Area Health Education Center. The MHC offers great opportunities for students to expand their interests. I'm excited to help everyone find what they want to do. If I'm not studying, I'm definitely binge-watching a show, spending time with friends, or trying new foods!
