All children are different and develop at their own unique pace.  They demonstrate their knowledge and abilities in response to their experiences and interactions.  Child care providers have the unique opportunity to offer quality learning experiences, activities and access to materials that foster all domains of child development. All these must be organized and offered in a way to provide the most potential for success for all children.  It takes careful planning and a good understanding of each child’s skills, needs and interests.

This training will help providers understand how to carefully set up environments, adapt activities. and materials and adjust their approach to teaching to match the various levels of ability for the children in their care.
