General Counsel

Ms. Lindsey Carter joined the Office of General Counsel in fall 2022 and serves as Assistant General Counsel. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Dayton and her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Georgetown College. Originally from Pikeville, Kentucky, Ms. Carter has worked in higher education for over six years. Prior to that, she worked as an insurance defense attorney in Lexington, Kentucky.
