The Draft Approval Form is turned in to the Honors College two weeks prior to the defense date with a hard copy of your CE/T draft. All three readers and the Honors College will receive a hard copy of your CE/T draft. The first and second readers sign this form telling the Honors College that your CE/T is ready to defend. You will also attach documentation of your approved conference presentation to the Draft Approval Form. You should allow all of your readers two weeks to review your CE/T draft before your defense. No defenses will be scheduled during finals week.
