Information provided here alerts you to downtimes, outages, and other issues preventing or impairing access to various ITS systems. If experiencing difficulties with a system, use this site to check for alerts and other information.
Additional information and scheduled downtimes for each system are available by clicking the system's name. You may view all systems with scheduled downtimes by clicking the Scheduled Downtimes tab.

| Identity Management & Authentication | On Friday, January 3rd, from 6AM-8AM select authentication services are undergoing maintenance and intermittent outages are expected. This will affect logins to Topnet, my.wku.edu, Banner, and other applications. Direct logins to email, VPN, and Blackboard will not be affected. |

| Network Infrastructure | On December 27th from 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT, improvements will be made to the WKU telephone system. Users may notice their phone restart or Jabber reconnect during this time. We will be performing maintenance that will cause temporary outages to all wireless network connectivity (WKU-SECURE, WKU-WIRELESS, WKU-GUEST) in the following locations and times. Tuesday, December 10th 5AM - 7AM - All residence halls and apartments Tuesday, December 10th 9PM - 11PM - Several acad/admin buildings |
