Bibliographic Access provides record management and processing for the majority of materials acquired for the university collections. Monographs and non-book items are processed for Helm-Cravens Library and Special Collections Library. Copy and original catalogers edit and create records for the One-Search Library Catalog

Theses
As of Fall 2008, WKU Office of Graduate Studies forwards all electronic copies of theses and dissertations to the library to be uploaded to TopSCHOLAR® and available digitally or as a download to anyone. These electronic resources are also included in One-Search Library Catalog.
