The National Pan-Hellenic Council will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. Thursday (October 27) for the NPHC Facility at 1566 Normal St.
The ceremony will include remarks from President Timothy C. Caboni and NPHC President TJ Fleming. A reception and open house will follow.
The National Pan-Hellenic Council consists of nine historically Black fraternities and sororities with all nine organizations having active chapters at WKU. It provides opportunities for leadership, service, and community to students at WKU. The new facility will provide office space to NPHC officers, create study space for members, and offer physical space for students in NPHC to host meetings, ceremonies, and social events.
NPHC was founded in 1930 on the campus of Howard University; the WKU chapter was established in the 1968-69 academic year.
