GO bg Transit Phone Number Change

The GO bg Transit operations phone number will be switched/changed to a new phone number. All bus maps, brochures, policies, website and other informational material will be updated during the transition before and after the phone number switch.
The new phone number for GO bg Transit will be (270) 393-3695. If you dial the new phone number to GO bg Transit by close of business on June 30th you will hear a prompt with options and other information. Nothing else in the call center will change and we will still entertain your queries for information.
We anticipate a smooth transition with the phone number switch/change but if you are having difficulties with dialing in, we ask for your patience as more information is available on our website at www.bgky.org/transit
