Currently enrolled WKU and SKYCTC students interested in entering the 2024 Abound Credit Union Celebration of the Arts juried exhibition, hosted at the Kentucky Museum, are now eligible to do so at no cost. Thanks to sponsors, students may register ONE work in show for free. The exhibition will be hosted at the Kentucky Museum, next to Hilltopper Hall and across from Dollar General, on the campus of Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.

Entries are due Friday, February 9, 2024 by 11:59 pm CST online and students MUST comply with all Terms and Conditions set forth on this webpage.

WKU STUDENTS ONLY - To receive a scholarship entry to the show, register at this link with your WKU ID number.

SKYCTC STUDENTS - Contact Assoc. Prof. C. David Jones for registration.

Artists who are NOT students - including community members, WKU faculty, and WKU staff - must register and pay the $20 registration fee at this link.

Important Dates:

• Entries due: Friday, February 9, 2024 by 11:59 pm CST online
  • If dropping off a paper form, must submit at the Kentucky Museum by 4:00 pm on February 9.
• Artwork drop off: Friday, February 16, 2024, from 9 am to 6 pm
• Awards Ceremony: March 1, 2024 from 6 to 8 pm
• Show open to the public: March 2 - April 12, 2024
  • Note that the Museum will close for WKU's Spring Break, March 18 - 23.
• Artwork pick up: April 13, 2024, from 9 am to 2 pm.

How to Enter

Step 1:

Do you live within 65 miles of 1444 Kentucky Street, Bowling Green, KY 42101? 
or 
Are you currently employed by or enrolled as a student at WKU?

If yes, continue. If no, you are not eligible to enter this show.

Step 2: Read the Terms and Conditions outlined on this webpage. Your work MUST meet the guidelines set forth in the "Artwork Conditions" and "Hanging Specifications" sections. Click here to download a PDF of the important dates, terms, and conditions.

Submission of any entry to the 2024 Abound Credit Union Celebration of the Arts exhibit will be understood to indicate agreement on the part of the artist with all conditions set forth on this page.
