WKU in Glasgow Hosts Virtual Early College Info Session

High school sophomores and their parents who are interested in Early College at WKU in Glasgow have one more chance to attend an info session about the program. Representatives will host a virtual session for those who were unable to attend the in-person sessions at local high schools.
The session will take place by Zoom on Tuesday, February 6 at 5 p.m. Those interested should email glasgow@wku.edu to access the link.
Early College at WKU in Glasgow is for local high school students who plan to attend college and want to get a jumpstart on their WKU degree pursuit during their junior and senior years. Selected students take Colonnade (WKU general education) and profession-specific college courses at WKU in Glasgow throughout the morning and return to their high school each afternoon for high school classes.
Upon completion, students will graduate high school with 30 hours of WKU college credit.
Participating school districts include Allen County-Scottsville, Barren County, Caverna, Glasgow, Hart County, Metcalfe County, and Monroe County.
Students must apply through their guidance office by February 28.
