Seventy WKU in Owensboro Students to Complete Degrees

Seventy WKU in Owensboro students are completing their bachelor’s or master’s degree requirements and receiving their diplomas from WKU.
They were honored Tuesday night at a Graduation Celebration where they received their WKU stole to wear at WKU commencement, as well as a celebratory cake to share with family and friends.
WKU students are completing their finals this week and will be ready for Topper Walk, Commencement, and Big Red’s Bash on May 2 and their College Recognition Ceremony on May 3.

The 23rd Annual Posters at the Capitol event will take place on March 6, 2025, at the Kentucky State Capitol in Frankfort. Kentucky students can present research to legislators and peers. Abstracts are due by Dec. 9, 2024. https://www.murraystate.edu/abo

The Student Scholar Showcase portal is open for undergraduate students to submit an abstract to present in the Spring. Faculty, staff, alumni, and community members may volunteer for the event.
