WKU to celebrate Parent & Family Weekend Sept. 20-22

WKU will celebrate Parent & Family Weekend September 20-22 with numerous events, highlighted by recognition of the 2024 Family of the Year during WKU Football’s game against Toledo.
WKU students are encouraged to nominate their family for 2024 Family of the Year. Nominations are due September 9. Nomination information
The Parent & Family Weekend schedule includes:
- Friday, September 20: WKU Volleyball’s Alyssa Cavanaugh Classic (WKU vs. Arkansas State at 11 a.m. and WKU vs. Eastern Illinois at 7 p.m.) and a Hilltopper Baseball Scrimmage at 6 p.m.
- Saturday, September 21: Donuts with Deans at 9 a.m., ISEC Open House at 9:30 a.m., WKU Volleyball vs. Austin Peay at 1:30 p.m., WKU Student Publications Open House at 1:30 p.m., Parent & Family Tailgate with the President at 2:30 p.m., and WKU Football vs. Toledo at 6 p.m.
- Sunday, September 22: Hardin Planetarium show at 2 p.m. and a WKU Choral concert at 4 p.m.
