Passport To Wellness

Passport to Wellness is a series of eight sessions throughout the school year demonstrating different aspects of health through activities, games, and speakers. Some of the topics covered are Exercise, Nutrition, Alcohol, Sleep, Sexual Health, Mental Health, Finances, and more. Students attending their first session will receive a "Wellness Passport" and a stamp. Collect stamps by attending the following sessions to win prizes. Students with 2 stamps get a free T-shirt, 5 stamps earn a free dual USB car charger, and those with the most stamps will be entered to win the grand prize!
This program is free to all WKU students.
** All sessions are on Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00pm in the auditorium of Gary A. Ransdell Hall, Rm 1074 **
November 13th | Get Out of My Head | In a funk, or is it something serious? Learn about common student mental health issues like anxiety, panic attacks, and depression and where to find relief. |
December 4th | Being Broke Is No Joke | Learn how to budget, get the facts on student loans, and hear the do's and don'ts of building a credit score. Find out ways to save and cut spending so you can get the most out of your money! |
