PTS Service Request Forms Now Electronic

You can now submit Service Request Forms electronically!  Use this form for:

  • Visitor permit requests
  • Validation requests
  • Meter reservations
  • Shuttle services
  • Other special parking needs

 You must be payroll deduction eligible to use this feature. 

  • Log into your Parking Management Account and select “Service Request Form” from the main menu. 
  • Fill out required fields, including Department Name and Billing Index and submit the form.
