Emma Shoaf, Internatlonal Affairs '16 Graduate, Receives $40K Rotary Global Scholarship

Emma Shoaf, Internatlonal Affairs '16 Graduate, Receives $40K Rotary Global Scholarship to pursue an MA in Development Studies at the University of Sussex, United Kingdom.  Emma also received a Princeton in Latin America Fellowship and worked in the Dominican Republic in 2016.  Emma wrote her undergraduate Honors thesis, “A Targeted Approach?
