Freedom From Smoking Spring 2018
- Monday, January 8th, 2018
Top Life Wellness is excited to partner with the Barren River District Health Department (BRDHD) to offer the American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking® (FFS) program at the Bowling Green campus this spring.
The FFS program offers group support and uses an addiction based model to help smokers understand their addiction and ways to break the habit. The FFS program consists of 8 meetings over 7 weeks and is led by a trained facilitator from the BRDHD.
Interested? Learn more by attending the informational meeting on January 23rd. See below flyer for more details.
Not a Top Life Wellness participant? No problem, this program is offered for free to the entire campus community.
If you attested during open enrollment that you and/or your spouse used tobacco in the past 12 months, the Freedom From Smoking program is one of the two Plan-approved tobacco cessation programs offered in order to avoid the $35/month tobacco user contribution.
