The WKU Department of Political Science and the Political Engagement Project will host a Constitution Week voter registration drive on Tuesday (Sept. 18) from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. outside Cherry Hall and from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Downing Student Union.
The voter registration drive is the first of two events that will be hosted by the Department of Political Science and the Political Engagement Project as part of Constitution Week. The voter registration drive serves as the foundation for Constitution Week. The pizza party will include a presentation by Dr. Jeff Budziak, Department of Political Science, on the nomination process of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
WKU will celebrate Constitution Day on Monday (Sept. 17) from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Grise Hall, third floor.
National Voter Registration Day event will be held Sept. 25 from 9 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. at Pearce-Ford Tower and 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Downing Student Union.
