Members of the WKU Habitat for Humanity Campus Chapter will be spending their fall break in Madisonville.

The WKU group will be working Oct. 11-13 on a project with Hopkins County Habitat for Humanity as part of Habitat’s efforts to eliminate substandard housing. This effort is a part of Kentucky Habitat for Humanity’s “2020 Housing Vision.”

Participants in the trip include Bryan Reaka, chapter advisor and faculty member in WKU’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences; Hannah King of Brandenburg, a senior Psychology major; Caleb Harter of Chesterfield, Missouri, a sophomore Manufacturing Engineering Technology major; Allison Hohenstein, a junior Economics and Chinese major from Radcliff; Savanah Russ, a junior Paralegal Studies major from Hernando Beach, Florida; Kayla Austin, a sophomore Elementary Education major from Utica; Austin Loney, a senior Civil Engineering major from Madisonville; Jacob Marshall, a junior Civil Engineering major from Rineyville; and Dominic Castlen, a senior Accounting major from Lexington.
