Anthropology assistant professor Ashley Stinnett interviewed by Culture and Agriculture.

The Culture & Agriculture (C&A) Section of the American Anthropological Association (AAA) published an interview with Anthropology assistant professor Ashley Stinnett, and her co-editor/author Jennifer Jo Thompson (University of Georgia, Athens) about their special issue "Agriculture of the Middle," published in the journal of Culture, Agriculture, Food and Environment (CAFE).

The authors discuss how the special issue came about, what's at stake in the bifurcation of food systems, what anthropologists can contribute to these dynamics, and what's next in researching the 'middle' in food systems.
