- Kentucky Folklife Network Gathering at the 2019 Kentucky Crafted Market: Folklorists, Community Scholars, folk artists, tradition bearers and other folklife enthusiasts are invited to the Kentucky Folklife Network Gathering at the 2019 Kentucky Crafted Market on March 16 at the Kentucky Horse Park Alltech Arena. Participants from all over Kentucky will come together in Lexington to develop plans for a Kentucky Folklife Network & Digital Magazine, coordinated by the Kentucky Folklife Program with support from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Kentucky Arts Council and WKU’s Department of Folk Studies and Anthropology.

- WKU Public Radio Weekday Newscast Schedule: Tune into WKU Public Radio for national and international news from NPR, and local newscasts every half hour during Morning Edition (4-9 a.m. Central), and All Things Considered (3-6 p.m. Central), as well as local news features and interviews produced by the WKU news staff. WKU Sports
- Men’s basketball: Tops Drop Regular-Season Finale to UTSA in OT, 81-76: WKU Hilltopper Basketball went to overtime once again with UTSA in Diddle Arena on Wednesday night, but it was the Roadrunners who made big plays in the extra period to hand the Hilltoppers an 81-76 defeat in the regular-season finale. Next: WKU (18-13 overall, 11-7 Conference USA) will play in the quarterfinals of the C-USA Tournament next Thursday.
- Women’s Basketball: WKU Concludes Regular Season With Rivalry Rematch Against Middle Tennessee Tonight: For the 74th time in school history, Lady Topper Basketball will square off against archrival Middle Tennessee in what will be the regular season finale for both sides this evening at 6 inside E.A. Diddle Arena. WKU will also honor its three seniors -- Sidnee Bopp, Kayla Smith and Jae'Lisa Allen -- as part of its Senior Night festivities in a postgame ceremony.
- Baseball: Toppers-Tigers Series Starts This Afternoon at Nick Denes Field: After a weekend in The Sunshine State, WKU Baseball returns home for a series against visiting Memphis at Nick Denes Field. Originally scheduled for a Friday-to-Sunday set, the Hilltoppers and Tigers will play their first game today at 2 p.m., while the remaining contests in the days to follow are TBA at this time.
- Men’s golf: Sargent Wins Fifth Career C-USA Golfer of the Week Award: After finishing tied for third at the ECU Intercollegiate, WKU Hilltopper Golf's Billy Tom Sargent has earned his fifth career Conference USA Golfer of the Week award, the league announced Wednesday. This is the second such award of the season for Sargent, who also took the honor after winning the Pinetree Intercollegiate in the fall.
