Pell Grants & Fall Enrollment

For students receiving Pell Grant funds during Fall: It is very important that students who have been awarded Fall Pell Grants are registered in ALL their courses by September 3rd.  Pell awards will be recalculated based on the student’s enrollment as of September 3rd. Unless a student fails to begin attendance in a course, Pell grants cannot be recalculated and adjusted up or down after September 3rd. If a student has not been awarded a Pell Grant by September 3rd, then the student's Pell award will be based on the student's enrollment at the time the student is awarded.
