The Mahurin Honors College at WKU honored 98 students from five high schools in Bowling Green and Warren County for their academic achievements.

Upcoming Scholars Luncheons

The Bowling Green/Warren County Luncheon was the first of six recognition events WKU will conduct this fall. Here’s the list of other events:

• Sept. 6: Elizabethtown Area Honors Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. (ET) at the Historic State Theatre, 209 West Dixie Ave., Elizabethtown.
• Sept. 12: Louisville Area Honors Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. (ET) at the Oxmoor Country Club, 8900 Limehouse Lane, Louisville.
• Sept. 18: Five County Honors Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the Knicely Conference Center West Ballroom, 2355 Nashville Road, Bowling Green.
• Sept. 23: Owensboro Honors Luncheon at 11:30 a.m. at the Owensboro Convention Center, 501 W. Second St., Owensboro.
