Christmas in Kentucky 2019
- Dr. Christy Spurlock
- Wednesday, November 6th, 2019
Join us for our 14th annual Christmas in Kentucky Saturday, December 7th 11AM-2PM. Following the Bowling Green Jaycee Christmas Parade, the Museum’s Christmas in KY has become an annual tradition for many.
Christmas in Kentucky is FREE, with family-oriented activities throughout the Museum. The WKU Treblemakers will be singing carols, and children can make different types of ornaments with volunteers from Delta Zeta sorority. The WKU Chemistry Club will be back again this year, helping children to make their Amazing Polymer ornaments.
Big Red, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be on hand for photos. Mr. Magic, Steve Causey, will be performing his wonderful magic show. Other activities include balloon animals, gingerbread in the Felts Log House, and fun with historic toys!
In addition to all the holiday merry making, guests are welcome to tour the museum and see several new exhibits. Christmas in Kentucky is made possible through the generous support of our title sponsor, Service One Credit Union and our supporting sponsor, Brent Stinnett, attorney at law.
