WKU students honored at Southeast Regional IDeA Conference

Four WKU students received awards at the 2019 Southeast Regional IDeA Conference Nov. 6-8 at the Galt House Hotel in Louisville.

Bioengineering, Biotechnology and Nanotechnology

  • Undergraduate award: Wendy Cecil, a senior Chemistry major from Shepherdsville

Cancer Research

  • Undergraduate award: Alexandra Johnston, senior Biology major from Warsaw

Clinical and Translational Science

  • Graduate award: Brenna Menke, graduate student in Kinesiology, Recreation and Sport from Georgetown

Nutrition, Neonatal and Pediatric Research

  • Graduate award: Cathryn Duchette, graduate student in Kinesiology, Recreation and Sport from Bowling Green
