WKU Winter Weather Alert for Feb. 17-19

Here's a WKU winter weather update for Wednesday-Friday (Feb. 17-19):
Offices at ALL WKU campuses will be closed and in-person classes have been canceled through Friday (Feb 19). Remote learning will continue and employees who can work from home are encouraged to do so. Everyone is encouraged to stay off the roads and sidewalks if possible until the ice and snow are cleared. Check www.wku.edu for the latest information.
- Preston Center will be open 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday-Friday and will return to normal hours Saturday.
- ITS computer labs are closed through Friday and will resume regular hours Saturday and Sunday. The ITS Service Window in Jody Richards Hall is closed through Friday.
- WKU Libraries' buildings are closed Thursday and Friday.
- The WKU Store is closed Thursday.
- The Kentucky Museum is closed Thursday and Friday.

- WKU Admissions has canceled campus tours for the rest of the week; reschedule at www.wku.edu/visitwku. Admissions staff will be available to answer questions via phone, email, text or live chat.
- IdeaFestival Bowling Green will begin online at 9 a.m. Wednesday.
- WKU Soccer has canceled Wednesday's home match vs. Xavier.
- Lady Topper Basketball's home games vs. North Texas and Hilltopper Basketball games at North Texas have been postponed indefinitely.
- WKU Baseball has postponed Friday's season-opener against North Dakota State.
- The 40th Annual Mathematics Symposium will begin in a virtual format at 8:15 a.m. Saturday.
- WKU Tennis home matches on Sunday (Feb. 21) vs. UT Martin and Monday (Feb. 22) vs. North Alabama have been postponed.
