COVID-19 Update

- Friday, May 14th, 2021
Dear Faculty, Staff, and Students:
Beginning today, in accordance with updated guidance from the CDC and Gov. Beshear, those who are fully-vaccinated no longer have to wear a mask on our campus with very limited exceptions, such as the Preston Center and Graves Gilbert Clinic. We also celebrate Gov. Beshear’s announcement this morning that on June 11, Kentucky’s mask mandate will be lifted, and venues can return to 100 percent capacity.
I encourage you to get the vaccine if you have not already. I also encourage you to demonstrate respect for those who continue to wear masks for their own personal reasons.
The last 14 months have tested us in ways we could have never imagined. I am so proud of how our Hilltopper family continues to pass that test. While we are not completely across the finish line, we are close. The light at the end of the tunnel grows brighter every day.
GO TOPS!
