WKU senior receives scholarship from Ohio Valley Chapter of NATAS

WKU senior Jacob Staley, a film production major from Louisville, is the 2021 recipient of the $5,000 David J. Clarke Memorial Scholarship from the Ohio Valley Chapter of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences.

“Receiving this scholarship from the Ohio Valley Emmy's is a really important part of my young career,” said Staley, a member of the WKU PBS student crew. “It represents the hard work and love that I have with visual entertainment. I found that love during the film sets that I have been on, and the several projects I have worked on at WKU PBS. They taught me what it means to be part of this creative industry, and I cannot thank them enough for all they have taught me, and will cherish my time here and at WKU for many years.”
