Nine WKU students were awarded Critical Language Scholarships that fully fund summer study in intensive language programs abroad. Six others were named alternates and may be upgraded as additional funding becomes available.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), children under 5 years of age should be physically active several times a day, not be physically restrained (e.g. strollers, high chairs) for long periods of time, and appropriate length naps.
