WKU chapter of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society inducts 31

The WKU chapter of Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society inducted 31 members at its Spring 2018 Induction Ceremony on March 21 at the Downing Student Union.
The oldest and largest freshman honor society, Phi Eta Sigma encourages and rewards academic excellence among freshmen in institutions of higher learning. To be eligible for membership, full-time freshmen must earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 in at least one semester and rank in the upper 20 percent of their class.
Induction into the Society is an outward recognition of academic accomplishment and serves as an incentive for continued high scholarship. Induction confers lifetime membership.
Inductees are as follows: Wood Brown of Princeton; Sarah Caraher of Ingleside, Illinois; Jacob Cash of Spring Hill, Tennessee; Brynn Clemons of Clarkson; Rachel Cranor of Bowling Green; Christopher Davis of Independence; Talysia Downing of Lexington; Juan Dozier of Radcliff; Savannah Freeman of Bowling Green; Arael Gonzalez Rodriguez of Bowling Green; Brendan Gonzalez of Lutz, Florida; Hannah Gosden of Louisville; Heather Gosebrink of Shiloh, Illinois; Madeline Johnson of Madisonville; Brooke Katinic of Independence; Scott Kaufman of Fisherville; McKayla Kinnaird of Old Hickory, Tennessee; Karah Knotts of Union; Alex Mallonee of Monticello; Jill Matthews of Louisville; Abigail Milliken of Bowling Green; Mackenzie Montross of Crestwood; Kate Morris of Henderson; Taylor Robinson of Franklin, Tennessee; Hannah Simpson of Martin, Tennessee; Destiny Smith of Smiths Grove; Derek Sturgeon of Louisville; Connor Sturgill of Lexington; Jessica Undis of Nashville, Tennessee; Duong Vo of Bowling Green; and Samuel Wilson of Mt. Washington.
The chapter officers for the 2018-2019 school year are as follows: President Kaley Allen; Vice President Brendan Gonzalez; Treasurer Brynn Clemons; Secretary Kate Moore; Public Relations Heather Gosden; Executive Committee Jessica Undis, Christopher Davis and MaKayla Kinnaird.
