Dr. Jennifer R. Hammonds is the Executive Director for Graduate Studies and University Registrar. Jennifer has been employed at WKU since 2019 after 15 years of service at a higher education institution in Ohio. She completed her Ed.D. at Marshall University and holds a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from Ohio University.
She is an active member in the Kentucky Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admission Officers and has presented at several academic and professional conferences. On campus she has served on various committees and is excited to proudly represent the WKU staff as a member on the Board.
Originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, Jennifer has three children (Dustin, Sophia, and JC). She is married to the other Dr. Hammonds (Joshua), a nurse practitioner with the Veterans Health Administration. Her term on the Board ends June 2027.
