If you submit a report anonymously or wish to remain anonymous and do not provide sufficient information regarding the report, WKU may be limited in its response and action to the report.  Please be advised, without presented contact information, we are unable to provide follow-up, and the University’s options for response may be limited.

Mandatory Reporters reporting a disclosure or incident should not submit reports anonymously.
