TOP Fee Voucher - Application Form

Only admitted students are eligible to request a TOP fee voucher.

Forms completed for students who have not been admitted will not be reviewed.

Admitted students seeking assistance with the TOP fee should complete and submit this form, or have a counselor/representative do so on their behalf. If approved, the student will receive a TOP discount bringing their cost to $50. This discounted rate covers the student and up to 2 guests. The TOP fee is determined by many different factors, including but not limited to day-of meals, guest resources, administrative operational costs, hardware, software, student personnel and WKU spirit items distributed. Once TOP vouchers have been processed, you will receive an email notifying you to return to your application management portal to complete a discounted TOP registration.

TOP fees are non-refundable.
