Some Top Navigation's now link to the nav_top.inc file. If this is the case when you click on the link it will just take you to just a page of the code. We think this might have occurred in the Dependency Manager implementation.
You can do one of two things to correct this issue. When you are in your top_nav.inc file you can go into the link admin and take out the dependency tag which will look similar to {{p:123545}} and just leave the #. However, I would suggest you create a landing page that has all of the drop down links on it. This would be more user friendly as many cell phones and tablet devices to not give you the ability to hover over a link. If you were to just create a landing page they could click on that link instead and navigate through your site easier.
