What is Cybersecurity Data Analytics?

Cybersecurity data analytics is the intersection of two of the most in-demand fields today. Data analytics examines large data sets to identifying patterns and trends that can then create insights for informed decision-making. When applied to cybersecurity it can identify what attacks are happening and why to provide insight into future attacks to create new defenses.
