This dimension encourages us to live in harmony with the Earth by taking action to protect it An environmentally well person is aware of the limits of the earth's natural resources and understands that all human activity impacts the environment.
Tips on Improving Environmental Wellness

Conserve Energy (shut off your lights, faucets, air conditioning)

Recycle paper, glass and cans

Use recyclable bags when grocery shopping

Ride your bike or walk to class rather than drive

Volunteer for environmental projects on campus and in the community (WKU Recycling Center, Leadership and Volunteerism)
